Brandon Overton led 49 of the 50 laps to pick up the Hunt The Front Series win along with the $15,000 payday. Cory Hedgecock and Chris Ferguson rounded out the HTF podium at Talladega Short Track.

The night started off with Chris Ferguson taking top time over the 46 car field. Heat races were claimed by Mills , Overton , Ferguson , and Putnam. B Mains went to Caden Mullinax and Donald McIntosh.

At the drop of the green Overton jumped out to lead lap one then lost it to Josh Putnam one lap later. Putnam's lead was short lived as the Longhorn by Wells went back to the point and led rest of the way for his first series win.

Overton thanked his car owner Eric Wells in victory lane for giving him the best car he's had in a long time. Runner up Hedgecock was the biggest mover of the race advancing seven spots at the finish.

The series will race at All-Tech Raceway on April 12th for $5,000 to the winner
