Will Roland Rolls to First Spring Nationals Win

Will Roland picked up the $7,500 Spring Nationals payday as he led every lap from his outside front row starting spot over pole sitter David Payne. Dale Timms rounded out the podium finish with new point leader Donald McIntosh taking fourth and Kenny Collins fifth.

Roland lives just 45 minutes from Sugar Creek Raceway in Blue Ridge , GA. It was his first win since he won a crate race back in January. Roland said in victory lane how the win is a big confidence booster as he has been struggling lately.

Point leader Pearson Lee Williams had a rough night with motor issues and was credited with a 11th place finish. The series will go to North Georgia Speedway located in Chatsworth for $10,053 tonight.
